1. Event Registration & Entry
Entry to VanVivaha 2026 requires a valid digital visitor pass, VIP pass, or exhibitor credential. Curators reserve the right of admission at the main gates. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by adults.
2. Intellectual Property Rights

3. Code of Conduct at Venue
All attendees must maintain a high standard of professional and personal conduct. Disruption of couture runways, vandalism of exhibitor booths, or harassment of staff will result in immediate extraction from ADOT Convention Centre and revocation of access passes.
4. Stall Allotments & Cancellations
Stall bookings are final upon receipt of the deposit payment. Cancellation requests must comply with the guidelines specified inside the official Exhibitor Contract Agreement document.
5. Limitation of Liability
VanVivaha, its organizers, committee coaches, and venue hosts (ADOT Centre) are not responsible for any personal injuries, loss of goods, or damage to custom booth equipment during the three-day expo.
